My salesman called me a bit ago and read me the allocation that his dealership has for a ZL-1 coupe. He said that when he mentioned constraints, that he was referring to some parts unavailability at the factory halting ZL-1 manufacture. From what I've read, that would probably be certain carbon fiber parts that are delaying certain orders, (I believe?) I'll give them until March 9th and hopefully my order goes through... I'm not sure what is more frustrating - these TPWs that keep slipping (what a disappointment!), or having a ZL1 that was built 2/9 but still hasn't shipped!
 I feel for you guys with the slipping TPWs! We all need to just hang in there
