Just spoke to my mechanic. I'm going to take the car to him at 12:00 for a oil change and his going to take a look at the noise also. I think the engine had this noise before the mods also. The current mods on the car are Kooks headers with HFC, Z28 intake and tune from DynoSteve.

Sounds like an exhaust leak. Had a similar sound on my motorcycle turns out the header was not aligned

I'm thinking exhaust leak too but I checked everywhere and can't find any soot. I'm sitting in the waiting room at the mechanic. Thanks for the input guys.

So I just left the macanic he checked the headers and all connection points with a stethoscope and didn't find any leaks (he checked in front of me) but we noticed the noise got much less after doing the oil change. We used mobile 1 Ep and mobile 1 M1-113 filter.

Some exhaust leaks only appear when car is cold and/or hot because of expansion etc...

Just an update guys. I went to another machanic today and he told me that there is no exhaust leak. I guess I just need to be used to this noise.

Just wanted to update the thread since I've seen other people have the same concerns. Whoever is having the same noise should not worry its NORMAL. I went and got the car looked over again today (3rd time) and there were no leaks found at all and whoever is installing headers should use Stage 8 locking bolts no re torqueing required.
