Speaking only for myself, I can offer up a perspective. I'm in the market for a 2010-12 SS/RS to build up. I've been looking for about two months. Preferably a stock auto car. The pricing seems appropriate on your car. I've found a 2012 with 45K for $22K, and several 2010's for around the same money as yours. What causes slight concern for me (and maybe others) is the modifications combined with mileage. I'm not suggesting your car isn't as nice as you say. I'm simply saying that for a buyer like me, it causes me to over think it. But, a lot of people may like that aspect. Also, every potential buyer sees certain aspects of a car they may feel are a bit different than they'd prefer, so they choose to wait it out for the right one. Wheels or color are examples. Plus, for me, you're just so far away, and that adds a day or two travel, or shipping, etc. Just sharing my personal thoughts. Others will vary of course. No disrespect intended.

Speaking from personal experience, at least in the mid-south market, this is a pretty good deal. I bought my black 2010 2SS/RS bone stock with 51k miles back in February for the same price before fees and taxes of course.
