Help electrical issue!!

So i recently had l.e.d strips installed professionally. The strips were defective and stopped working. I repeated exactly what they did and also disconnected the negative terminal to the battery. Everything was installed correctly using this setup.. So now my passenger side day time light will not stay on but the blinker works when I hit the turn signal.. Help!!
