Well i didnt realize this was as big of an issue as it seems to be to some of you. Considering it is a 1k mileage difference and i blatantly admitted to both the dealer and chevy customer service that i was over the 36k. I am actually at 39k i just wanted one at 38k. The dealer was fine with it either way but thanks guys.

regardless, this is considered fraud, and its things like this that cause everyone's premiums and fees to escalate. just persuade the dealer yourself, dont dig holes....
