A 50th Camaro might be more desirable if it's tied in with the debut of a Z/28 or a 1LE for this generation....

The subject came up before. To me, it just seems like a cash grab for some one-off parts, mostly rims, paint, and badges... maybe some interior colors. From a practical standpoint, they'll be harder to replace later on, being such a limited subset of the overall production if you plan on keeping the car a long time.

Waiting for a 50th SS here...another small something to add to the collectable value of the car, which I may keep for life. Not sure if I'd go for the 1LE or the convertible though...
