1.5 Years after 1LE Purchase

As stated I have owned my 1LE for 1.5 years now. Traded in a Synergy Green Camaro for my 1LE Camaro. I can't say enough about ownership of this car. Drives great looks great just a complete joy to own. Lately I have been flipping and flopping like a flounder about the upcoming 6th Gen Camaro. I just cant do it I cant trade my 1LE in for a 6th Gen. I know that performance will be better and the drive will probably be even better but.... This car fits me exactly the way I want.
So I've decided to wait and purchase my wife a car she has always wanted. A brand new 2017 Corvette. I have time to pay off mine and get her a new one. So with out regret I will be a 5th gen owner for the rest of my life. Not to bad considering its the best car I have ever owned.

Thank you Chevrolet!!!! for building such a complete car!!!!

Please pass on my gratitude to the engineers, designers, and builders!!!

Amen brother!! I couldn't agree more. And for those who are thinking the 6th gen will beat a 1LE, it just might (in a straight line), but lets see what it'll do in the corners too before we all pass judgement and our check books. :-)

You know, 5 years ago you couldnt have given me a Chevy, let alone convinced me they had a performance program.

What a difference a couple of years make.

Special does not always mean rare.

Good Luck with getting the GT350, everything I have read so far makes it seem like they will be hard to get this year... or you will be paying a hefty markup. Not many mustangs do it for me, but the GT500 and the GT350 are good looking cars.

All the best to everyone else's decisions, I plan to keep mine for the foreseeable future, but I didn't buy it as an investment, it will be driven, and if in the future it is worth something then so be it.

But if you don't get it this year then you wont be as cool as those that do! How could you live with that fact?

I love my 14. But this new gt350R seems to be the way I'm going to go.
I wouldn't do a gt350 or even a 500. But I really like what I see and read about the R
Won't get crap for a trade so I might keep the 1le and give it to one of my kids.
it really is an awesome car. But I'm in the now and love new things
