It may or may not be measurable at this power level. Probably above 700 RWHP

Headers are on
We installed the ARH 2 inch Headers with Cats, fit and finish is excellent
Ran it on the dyno same tune. Picked up 20 RWTQ and 11 RWHP Nice gain. Notice Less boost but more power.

So since I already have the 75hp kit and pfadt headers with your tune, what kind of increase should I expect going to the 18% pulley and injectors?

More with higher octane. We must remember OCTANE is the power limiter. As we go up in boost we need to take timing out and sometimes it is a wash. But with more boost and more octane we can make a lot more power. The next step is to test this combo with a can of Torco in the tank. Ted.

Just so I am clear...this graph represents results of your 125RWHP kit (CAI, Injectors, 18% lower pulley) @ 93 Octane with and without Headers? Stock Plugs? |

If you look for Ted's header test you will see the 2 inch headers had a little more power all across the board compared to the inch and 7/8 headers on a lightly modified car. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Supercharged engines react much differently (gain wise) to headers because the supercharger is the dictator on Airflow. It is harder to note differences in Headers with a blower leading the way. As long as we reduce exhaust restriction we are creating more efficient package. Ted.

Ok, I know A + B = C is not always the way to analyze increases in horsepower when changing things around and different combo's, with that being said, here is my question:
JRE 75 Put down 550 rwhp; 532 rwtq. By adding parts for 125 package, I was expecting 550 + 50 (125-75) = 600 rwhp, actual #'s were 571, right? 10 rwhp from 18% ring and 11 rwhp from ARH 2" headers, 21 rwhp increase. I understand things work differently in the real world, but if you could share any thoughts on this it would be appreciated. |

A couple things to consider; My car is an auto to the percentage of power loss is 20% vs 15% on an M6. My 75 Package after retuning made 85 RWHP. As boost goes up Gas is less tolerant and after viewing the logs and comparing to previous similar packages I am of the opinion this fuel is suspect. I will be adding torco and retesting next week I have several cars here for tuning that will be taking up the dyno time. 573 RWHP

so gas is the problem? i mean upping the octane will help about anything.
