I know. .....old thread. So I finally got my samples. I can't get it to glow like it does in the video. If you take a pic with a camera with flash in hell yeah it lights up but not so much the rest of the time at night

It's reflective, just not like you would think from the pics and videos. I was thinking it was almost glowing even in low light but i can barely tell when i walk outside even with the street lights on
