I like the Camaro but I would have kept the Viper and upgraded that.

Truth be told about the viper, I was just getting ready to store it for the winter when I decided to put it on eBay. I put it as a buy it now that was around $10,000 more than what I bought it for 4 months earlier..... I really didn't think anyone would buy it...... Of course I was wrong, within 24 hours someone from California bought it....... It was really hard selling it, but I drove it for 4 months, didn't have to pay my normal winter storage fee, and made around $10,000....... And I got an awesome camaro and had a chance to listen to everyone on this forum on the many modifications I could do with it......

For the headlights, did you buy a set of OEM RS headlights and convert, or did you go with a 3rd party product? Details would be appreciated.

And for the Ambient lighting, I had done something similar in my 2011 1SS with EL wire, but in the end I think it was a bit too cumbersome to do again. Can you explain/show a little more on how you did your lighting setup?

Thanks, looks great!

The headlights were third party, but we had to build a special circuit for the, to allow the running lights to be the halo rings and the normal lights be both.....
For the ambient lighting on the door panels, I tried using the normal tubes they used on the stock camaro, but once we tried to bend the tube, the strength of the light was significantly decreased. So we decided to buy just normal LED light strips from autozone, and pointed the light bulbs away from the pane- I didn't want each individual bulb shine through. We used foil, tape to reflect the light from the bulbs, and to give the illusion of one continuous lighted tube.....Mike from stereo specialist here locally did the work-he is amazing!

I would have bought another Viper and then used the 10k for mods
