Mold on Weather Stripping

I've had this problem for awhile where it looks like mold or mildew on my window's weather stripping all the way across on both sides. Is there anything to fix this or should i take it to the dealership?

This is what both sides of the car look like. I've tried washing, waxing. It's like mold or a stain that won't come off

Maybe a 50/50 mix of water and bleach will do the trick?

If after you clean it and it looks like little dark spots, that's usually UV damage. Irreparable, unfortunately. It doesn't look like you put dressing or protectant on your trim. If you don't, you should start because that will protect it from damage. Plastic and rubber trim is very susceptible to sunlight degradation so protection is essential. Ultima Trim & Tire guard is a good protectant. Whatever you do, don't use armorall or any store bought trim protectants. They'll leave a greasy finish and just run down your paint when it rains.
