Mike, it's not the same thing at all. This kid not only actively ran from the Police, not only was he ticketed for excessive speed before but he reportedly bragged about outrunning police before on social media.

Haha I somewhat agree, i'm 16 and have an SSRS the fastest i've ever gone in my car was 83. It all depends on how mature and responsible you are.
