I have removed the poly mount for the time being. I was getting too much NVH for my liking. Not saying all cars will do this though. Seems to be hit or miss on whether you get increased noise and vibration.

Eventually going to replace the somewhat soft oem with the mti. I was also surprised, slightly "amazed", with the amount of flex at the frame where the trans crossmember bolts. Small pry bar with light pressure. The sheet metal frame has give.
