Haters gonna hate. Most of its not really hate more than it is jealousy.
They are either jealous deep down cause they can't have one for what reason or another. Be it family commitments (wife says no) or other obligations.
They may be able to even afford it but don't for whatever reason. Not picking on the wives, but its just an example and not the only one I can think of.

Why do that? Why not just buy it out right to start with as you would be spending more money trying to make it as ZL1 when in reality its NOT a ZL1?
No matter what you do or what you say, its NOT a ZL1.
I know that statement causes some to hate. But its the TRUTH.
Boasting causes others to hate.
I think sometimes as humans its hard to refrain from going out of our way to say NICE things about someones prosperity or good will. I am a firm believer that if you speak prosperity to others, it will happen in your own life.
So be happy when people (even though its hard to do) have nicer things than you. Don't be jealous. I am preaching to the choir here though. Ill admit as in my other thread when I seen that GT article. I was not jealous the guy had a new 70k mustang. I was Jealous we had no solid news on our ZL1 yet!

Everyone knows you can get more power for cheaper with an (insert X car here + mods). Not the point of the car. Just saying. What gives? I say "F" them. Most are just upset that they can't buy one. Also we don't know that they spank the competition. That has yet to be proven.

What you soon realize after being a GM fan for so long is that GM could build a car with 700 HP that achieved 80 MPG and automatically made you coffee, and people would still hate on it.

Unless people are actually offering constructive criticism, it's best to just ignore those morons. And more often than not, the number of morons far outnumber constructive criticism.
