I am also thinking of widening thru the folks at Weldcraft. I snooped around a bit and it looks as though everyone has nothing but good things to say. Can anyone point out a down side to using them? I am hoping that by only going from 10 to 10.5 that any possible fatigue on the wheels would be minimal.

Thanks!

Yes, you're right, the NT05R (315/35R20) requires a 10.5" wheel minimum. But from your original post, it sounded like a Nitto 305 wide tire might be acceptable to you as well. So I thought the NT555R might work good for you. You could buy the exact wheels you want, and not need any major modifications to a brand new set of wheels. Just tryin' to help out....

.....And the NT555R is much more "streetable" than the NT05R.

Hey Speed Kills, good suggestion.

If anyone needs a set of these, the fitment is right and the price is low:

Bravado Americanna 2

Wasn't sure. I try not to promote myself. I am a "below the radar" member here.

Most of the wheels mentioned in this thread are made in China, including the OEM Camaro wheels. Don't be fooled by an American brand name, that doesn't mean it is made in the USA. Even Chip Foose cast wheels are made by his cousin Chi Foo.

So where are all the Pro-Union, Pro-America made everything nuts then? This thread is awfully quiet considering how many times people have said OEM wheels are made in China, American name doesn't mean made in America, etc... I expected to see quite the little flame action going on towards the end.. but, there's nothing.. I guess it's only header brands that get the flak.
