Which Zl1 to try to get?
which zl1 to go for?
So I'm looking for a Zl1 ideally if I have to I would settle for a 2ss 1le I've found two that interest me. 2017 Manual 82k miles for $50k including the transport from Georgia to Washington And a 2021 Auto with 26k miles for $63k that's about 35min from my house. |

The A10 is banana's quick but depends on your driving style, many times I wish I had the M6. Id take the 21. Too I'd want to verify that their not tuned and the 21 otherwise an intact powertrain warranty.

I’m seeing better deals than what you listed. Look harder. Also as someone who settled for a 2ss 1le, DO NOT settle for the 2ss 1le. I did and all I can think about is the zl1. I’m about to list my 23 2ss 1le to either get a zl1 or a different high powered car. I’m going to be taking a huge loss but the ss 1le has such a good chassis that it feels very underpowered with the LT1 in it. Whatever you do, do not get the 2ss 1le if you truly want a zl1.

The 21 is a better deal. 4 years newer and a 1/3 of the mileage for another 13k. And it's within driving distance to go see. I bet you could negotiate down to 59-60k for it.

I've owned both an SS 1LE and a ZL1. They are both great cars. But if you really want a ZL1 I wouldn't settle for a 1LE. If you do you will regret it. The two cars are both very similar with the exception to the difference in horsepower. And that difference is very noticeable. I like to say that the 1LE is like the ZL1 without the supercharger. Once you drive the ZL1 you will not look at the 1LE quite the same. And that is no knock on how good the 1LE is.

I'd drive 35 minutes to check out the 21. My dealer is 20 minutes from my house. I don't think I'd buy a car with out test driving it, especially one that close.
