I guess this thermostat doesn't exist. This will be a priority project, to buy the Aluminum housing and an LS Thermostat because I installed Forced Induction's head/blower spacer plates and the belt just barely made it on with a little persuasion (a dab of WD-40 on the belt to help slide it over the tensioner while my girl was limiting the tensioner with a breaker bar). There is about 1mm of space between the tensioner's end point and its current position. I might get a bit more space after running the engine, but I'm not waiting around for failure on this one. Thank you everybody for trying to find an Aluminum housing. And for the housing without a nipple, the company never replied...
