Tire Value

So I replaced my summer only tires with all seasons on my 23 2SS. They only have 3900 miles on them - any idea if i should sell them and for how much?

You've got a partially worn, bulky item, and all 4 aren't the same size.
And you probably don't want to deal with shipping.
try craigslist or FB marketplace and see if you can get 200-300 for the set.
That's my take, as I think these have limited appeal.

Tires I've found hard to sell, the hard part is shipping the things and people think you should eat the cost. Unless its local pickup. Look at new prices and cut it atleast 50%. I assume you have no patches or plugs and theyre in good shape/alignment.

Yeah. I would list a little higher and settle for $150 if you can get it.
at least you're in a metropolitan area.

This is always the hardest thing to come to terms with when selling something... You have to understand who and WHERE your target audience of potential buyers is. If you have a local car club with Camaro owners, that's probably the most ideal place to get interest. You can try your dealership to see if they know of any customers looking for an extra set, similar with tire shops. On the open market (Craigslist, FB Marketplace, and similar), they don't have a lot of value.

You could try eBay motors if they still offer an option for in-person pickup transactions only, but be mindful of how you get paid because most options (all?) allow the buyer to file a claim and potentially get ALL of their money back.

Alas, there is no significant target audience that would consider buying used Goodyear runflat summer tires as an upgrade, so your buyer demographic is very limited. My guess is only people who are afraid to try new tires and need replacements right now, but don't have the funds would be interested in these tires.

As a data point, I sold my set of 4 with somewhat lower mileage for $450 back in the day.
