I did the heater hose relocate and almost made a day long job into a multi week long one.

ARGH!!! Ok, I'm going to be "that guy" and I do apologize in advance, but man, you gotta paint it to match. It looks great but it's cryin' to be painted.

It’s gloss white to match the stripes and the interior trim. Black would just disappear. It also pulls the white stitching on the race seats.

Finished installing the ls7 covers, just need to figure out how to replace the 427 on them to the accurate numbers down the line.

If you're good with a Dremel tool and a grinding wheel, should be pretty easy to do. Then you can cover the area with some new numbers.

Rebuilt the AC system in the car. Had the desiccant bag bust in the condenser so I had to change the Condenser, AC Compressor, Expansion valve, replaced all the seals and I flushed the lines and the evap core. All that to discover my trusty manifold gauge set has something amiss in it and I can't pull a proper vacuum. Off to HF tomorrow to get a cheap gauge set.

7 hours of work just to still be hot when I drive.

Brother, that looks so good. The carbon you have on the center console sides, are those real or just overlays? <y lastic is less than perfect and now that I see how good it looks on yours I might have to pull the trigger on the entire center console in carbon.

Dude, I feel your pain. I did all this after my compressor replacement and am now dealing with a small (3 months till warm) leak. Did you lubricate all your seals? I ask because I don't remember if I did to mine and am praying that's the issue.

Also, I did the cheap manifold thing. It lasted me a year. I'm going to buy a nice one next time. Something that actually has purge valves built in would be great.

Hey there sir, thanks! The side panels are only ABS plastic, not real CF, and from China. lol. They fit really perfect over the console sides, and as you saw, look pretty good! Nobody else sold any that I could find. When I ordered them I was supprised to get them in a week and a half! They were packed VERY well!! Here is where I got them from, and I think they only cost me about 84 dollars with the shipping.
