1LE allocations

Sorry if it’s been asked. Do dealers get specific allocations for 1LE? Is it harder to get them accepted by GM. I ordered a VOM M6 1LE today. No other options.
Dealer said they had 1 allocation for vert but expected to get a coupe allocation this month.
Thanks.

I was told by my dealer that the 1LE package requires an ZL1 allocation and a normal SS coupe allocation isn't enough, would like to know for sure though.

Not true. They need to get an SS Allocation. The 1LE is just a Package for an SS. ZL1 is a completely different Allocation.

This is what I was told. Didn’t add anything else in case of supply issues.
Fingers crossed. Dealer seemed confident it’ll come.

Yes, the dealer must receive a 1LE allocation and an SS allocation. Yes, it is harder to get an allocation for both at the same time.

Would a ZL1 1LE also require both allocations? Seems like that would make them very hard to come by for '24. Thanks.

In my case, my dealer called me Thurs June 29 and said he had an allocation for a '24 SS. He said he might be able to get it with 1LE if other dealers who were allocated a 1LE did not take it. He summited my 1LE as priority 1 and my second non 1LE build as priority 2. He said the following Tuesdays are when he finds out what the dealer is getting. He called me on the 4th of July and said my 1LE got picked. The beer tasted so good that day!
