Indeed! I think the side stripe was a nice touch for this edition. And it's kind of fun to be in such an exclusive "club". grin...

Wow, young ladies that can drive a manual transmission. All is not lost.

When she texted me and asked if she could take it for a spin if it was ok with her mom, I didn't hesitate to say yes. She learned to drive a stick in my 09 Mustang GT and currently rides a Honda dirt bike. Quite the young lady.

(Warning - Grandpa brag rights exercised ahead.)

She is one of the most well rounded young people I have ever had the pleasure to know. She is an incredible artist both on paper and digital media, she plays guitar, flute and keyboards (reads actual music), catches air on her Honda XR200 and drives circles around many adults I know, auto or manual. The son-in-law always makes sure she is the one turning the wrenches (with his guidance) whenever her bike gets a tune or a new carb, shocks, etc.

She comes to visit quite a bit. Her and I are true pals. In the evenings, when she is here, she will take one of my electric guitars off the wall in the pool room, plug into an amp and play some of the most mellow and nice sounding melodies while I am in the arcade room noodling on the computer or something.

During the day, she is always the one behind the wheel of the Camaro, driving us to Boulder City for lunch or breakfast or taking us out to Nelson to wander around the old semi-ghost town, or wherever else the two of us decide to take off too. Such a great kid. I have truly been blessed with a great daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law.

And to keep this thread sort of on-topic - I love my new Camaro!

She sounds like a wonderful person. Enjoy all the time you can with her.

Oh, and enjoy the Camaro also.

If by front air duct, you mean the hood insert, that was on 14 and 15 SS cars. The stripe is a one year only that only came on the 2015 Commemorative Edition cars. This car is 1 of 353 convertible SS commemorative editions made.

Here's the RPO breakdown for this edition:

B6Z - COMMEMORATIVE EDITION * UNIQUE 20" COMMEMORATIVE EDITION WHEELS * UNIQUE COMMEMORATIVE STRIPE * COMMEMORATIVE FENDER EMBLEMS * ZL1 REAR SPOILER * BODY COLOR FRONT SPLITTER * RS APPEARANCE PACKAGE: HID HEADLAMPS WITH LED HALO RING LED TAIL LAMPS * ADRENALINE RED INTERIOR * BODY COLOR HOOD INSERT
