Satin Black Appearance Package

Hey everyone!

Does the Satin Black Appearance Package on the 2SS that transforms the mirrors and rear wing to satin black: is that a wrap on top of the original painting or does the mirrors and rear wing are originally painted on black?

Also, those of you who got it, is it worth it? Thanks.

It's not a wrap. They are painted. I really like it on certain colors. If you're getting black wheels, it's a nice addition.

I have it on my LT1 and it's worth it because it doesn't come with a spoiler. Not sure if I would want it with the SS though since it has a rear wing.

I'm getting the Carbon Flash-painted Aluminum Wheels with Rapid Blue and torn between adding the package or wrapping up later (because I'd have the option to just remove the wrap and have the original color later on if I want to).

This is my main concern as well, I feel like it doesn't look as good with a rear wing as it does with a spoiler.

I have it. I also put a satin ZL1 spoiler,splitter, and side skirts. I think it’s looks great.

Only difference from that pic is I shadow chromed the bow tie so it’s black-ish now.

Your car looks amazing!! Green on Black was my primary color option but since GM didn't bring it back for 2023 Ill have to order Rapid Blue on Black.

I personally think Rapid Blue with the black wheels would look really good with the Satin Black appearance option!��

I agree. I ordered my LT1 with no spoiler. Forgetting looks, the spoiler is dead weight and unless you are near top speed the SS spoiler is for looks only. That being said most like the look.
