Only ~ 2/3 of citizens are in the country at any given time given they own luxury homes all over the world. Maybe a total of 8 million Swiss citizens, in and out of Switzerland. Hungary is only for Hungarians but the rest of Eastern Europe rounds out the rest of the Byzantium's. The other 183 nations are best avoided.

Wow. So what would you suggest be done with these less than desirable nations/people? Better yet, since the good ole USA is a very multicultural nation, what exactly would be your solution?

When the Soviet Union fell, 17 nations were created from it and now Ukraine seems poised to make that number 18 or 19. Those new nations were ethno-states like China, not that I'd want to live there. Like I previously mentioned, multicultural does not make for civilization, see Hungary and Japan. As the US becomes more dysfunctional, people are voting with their feet. Florida and Texas grow as NY and Ca. shrink, the US is already becoming less multicultural in each individual state just as the Soviet Union did as 17 new nations became less multicultural. Traditional, religious, conservative people would do well not to live among Progressive, sexually degenerate, spiteful mutants (those who embrace anti-survival values).

Avoiding them is smart. Isolationism. No need to educate them, war with them. Leave them to flourish or fail based on their own values.

Consider: Right now, less than 20% of the world's population lives under a Democracy. As Afghanistan recently demonstrated, trying to insist that women there should be allowed to wear miniskirts, failed after 20 years of bloody trying. The values of the West are not the values of the world. What Westerners call civilization is not even the ambition of 80% of the world. The song line for most of the world could be "we'll both live a lot longer, if you live without me"
