Adjustable clutch master cylinder

I wanted to see if others are having success using an adjustable clutch master cylinder. I bought one new when they came out and did not have any luck with it. My review is...

It installed easy and appeared to be made with quality in mind.
It did not improve the gear grinding when fast shifting (as was the claim) no matter how adjusted.
After about 3k miles of use I had to adjust it as it was not releasing clutch completely.
Had to readjust it 2 more times in 1500 miles as it was not releasing and the shifting was degrading. The trans was professionally rebuilt by a tremec shop prior to this change so shouldn't be contributing to the issues.

I decided to park it for the winter and pull the trans for a new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and slave cylinder as I was not happy with the clutch in it and thought the slave cylinder was going bad which may be causing the need to constantly adjust it as noted above.

After new clutch system was installed and bled, the clutch would not release enough to shift no matter where it was adjusted.

I ended up going back to a new factory master cylinder and line and the problem went away on 1st try. The car now drives fine but engagement is closer to floor than I like.

So after 5k miles I now have a $400 fancy wall piece.

Are others having success with these?

I haven't heard of an adjustable clutch master cylinder....My stock unit works just fine....Actually, I put on a separate smaller clutch master cylinder, and left the stock brake/clutch master cylinder for the brakes ONLY.....This way the fluid doesn't turn dark from contaminates from the clutch slave....and I completely flushed out BOTH the brake lines and clutch lines after doing so....NO dark fluid now...I really don't put a lot of miles on in the year, but I have piece of mind knowing that the fluids are remaining CLEAR now......it was a cheap modification.....did it myself with parts purchased local......I've never had a problem with the tranny grinding at all.
