According to my friend who drives in DPI, Michelin does not allow their tires to be resold, so you are not able to get them. They melt them back down and make more for IMSA

Well he’d definitely know. I wonder where all these used Michelin slicks are coming from then?

I'm seeing the same.

I'll ask JT. He mentioned they definitely do not resell them and Michelin tracks where they are going. They essentially collect how many carcasses each team was given, maybe some teams are not abiding though, as usual. Curious to try them, if they are this seasons tires.

I was recently at my local McLaren dealership and they have new 570 GT4 car for sale. Sales person is hardcore track rat and told me since IMSA went to Michelin from Continentals teams are much happier.

I was seriously thinking of dumping my RS on it!
Surprisingly I fit in the seat too!
The car comes detuned to meet class rules. ~450.

I did put down deposit on new C8. Getting the dealerships first allocation
