Driver door

Anyone know a fix for the drivers side door coming slightly off? The door shuts, no leaks, its just that it looks like its off by 1-2 centimeters...Or is it just my eyes...

If you’re still in warranty I’d take it to the dealership.

Leaving it all day at the dealership for them say there’s no problem, is a waste of everyone’s time. Maybe OP could post a photo, or compare to the other door.

a decent bodyman could adjust it for you.i used to work in a shop that specialised in 40 year old classic cars,if you can make them right modern cars that havent been in a wreck are pretty easy.ask around at classic car shows and find out who does good work in your area and take it to them.

any bodyshop should have plenty of experience aligning a door.

Mine is off as well. I did mention it to my dealership and they are going to adjust it when I take it in. I am just waiting for the snow to melt. When I worked in the body shop at the VW factory in PA years ago we would just give the doors a quick hard lift or twist but that was just the shell. I just don't want my door to rub the rocker it's close.
