Mechanical boost gauge for 2017 SS 1LE w/ PC D1SC

I am looking for some info on what some of you have run for a mechanical boost gauge on your F/I Camaro's.

What gauge did you use and what kind of mounting option? I have the Aeroforce single pod that sits on the drivers side defroster vent, looking at it though when I mocked it up the vacuum line wont sit back far enough to allow the gauge to fit into the pod fully.

Anyone care to share their setup for their boost gauge?

Thanks in davance... Todd

Not a mechanical gauge, but I use the Interceptor to read boost. Sorry I know that doesn’t help with your actual question

Thank you though, I just pulled the trigger on the AEM boost gauge. Hoping I can get it wired and do the job I want.

We are installing now, and it seems that the gauge is very shallow so how did you tighten it up?

We are thinking double sided tape or set screw?

There was no way to use the original gauge bracket, I wrapped the outside of the gauge in black tape and got it to wedge into the vent pod.

When I was shopping, I was looking at the P3 gauge. Not mechanical though. Well, it does have an analog boost sensor option and several other analog inputs.

i had the same problem. the mechanical gauge would not sit flush in the upper vent mount. i got a tip from a fellow camaro owner that a glow shift gauge mount for a BRZ works perfect in our vents so i went that route.
