Anyone install Whipple upgrade kit on 17/18 ZL1?
I am looking for feedback on how the kit is working. Want to hear from those who have it on an otherwise stock car, except for maybe a Rotofab and ported TB.
Did you install or have a shop install? Did you baseline your stock car first and then after install? DID YOU ACTUALLY SEE THE 125 RWHP INCREASE WHIPPLE ADVERTISES? Finally, is the driveability like stock or are there compromises to deal with? ThNk you! |

Many just do bolt on's and stock 1.7 porting. Some do procharger conversions. Look on youtube, have seen a few on there. GL

Yes...seen those, but they are not just the Whipple kit...they add pulleys, headers, Fuel systems. I really only want the 125 RWHP from the kit. Not racing, just street-chilling. Plus, no bueno here in Cali to pass smog with all the other add ons. Maybe I will guinea pig just a plain ol kit, but damn...

The Whipple is still a relatively new option.
Youtube has some Whipple equipped ZL1s from 670-1000 rwhp. Caveat Emptor. |
