This ? is for the people who have a ACS-T4 splitter...
I am about to pull the trigger on a ACS-T4 Splitter for my 2014 Camaro SS and I want to know if there are issues with ground clearance. I understand that I will have to be careful pulling up to curb stops. I just don't want to buy and install something that is going to be a P.I.T.A. and drag on every little bump in the road....Thanx

You should be fine at stock height but I would still avoid curb stops. I have a similar style splitter and I'm lowered 1.25" and I have to be extra careful with the front splitter on driveways and curb stops.

I have the ACS, no problem with everyday driving. Just have to be careful with speed humps, road debris, etc but that would be the case with any similar splitter.

make sure and buy it with the bottom tray!!!! it makes it way stronger and adds the flat bottom surface to finish it off, and then you could also add a carbon fiber diffuser to extend extra protection if you wanted to. also through bolt it, some people in the past cut corners and used the plastic expansion fittings and if they had damaged the splitter then when they get up to speed they would loose the splitter!!! I have the acs splitter and slammed and its great!!!just gotta be carefull!!!

I'm on my 2nd ACS T4 due to swinging too wide into a parking stall next to a curb... ouch! Expensive lesson! I think for the price it should come with the under tray which helps the functionality. I'm lowered 1" and haven't had issues with speed bumps but steep driveways can cause scraping so take it real slow. It's a decent quality splitter but I'm disappointed a bit in the finish as it is a bit orange peel texture.

No issues with mine, I also try to back in everywhere. I haven't had any issues with speed bumps either.
(the splitter in my pic is not the T4, the T4 is the one on her now)

I have the T4 and am lowered 1”, no issues but I’m used to having WAY lower cars.

Since you have experience painting, youll have no problem if you mess up the splitter. It's fiberglass so you can always patch it up yourself, sand then paint and bam, like new.
