Unfortunately I paid for this one though another member. He claims he purchased it, whether he did or not is really not my concern. I'll take him at his word. AA got back with me this morning and claims they will send me out a replacement. Fingers crossed.

I tried 2 of the "freebie" fuel doors and neither fit right. I just went back to the OEM one.

When installing the door to the hinged arm, make sure the door is perfectly flat to the arm on the top and bottom. If it sticks out at the bottom before you attempt to slide it into place and lock it in, the door won't fit correctly. This is one of my jobs on the assembly line building Buick Enclaves and Chevy Traverses. There should be a sweet spot on door where it will sit flat and tight to the arm, once you hit that then you can slide the door on.

I thought it was just me! Lol I paid for mine but after dickin with it for a little bit I got mine to fit just fine eventually. It still doesn’t snap on flush but when closed looks like it fits right so I’m not worried.

AA was nice enough to send me out a replacement. Unfortunately that one also does not fit. I'm taking it as a sign and throwing in the towel. If anyone wants them just let me know. I would only charge for shipping.

Maybe was different revisions? I got one recently through their christmas giveway and it fits perfectly, no modifying or tweaking needed.
