I don't blame the technicians.
I think its an information distribution and training issue.

99% of business is probably from non-Z06, ZL1 & ZL1 1LE cars.
So that's what they're trained on.

The rest is learn-on-the-job.

Sad that we pay more for our car and get less for our service.
