Front license plate dilemma new 1LE

So you've probably read one or two of my posts. I ordered an SS 1LE should be built between this week and next week. In New York i have to have a front plate. I see that sto n sho. Could someone point me in the right direction? I don't want to order the wrong bracket. I'm worried with this extended front lip. Anyone have a link to a bracket they know will fit a 2017 SS 1LE?

Thanks

I went with the STO-N-SHO on my car, they make two varients one for the stock bumper and another for the GM splitter (front fascia extension). I belive the 1LE splitter is the same front fascia extension that you can buy from GM as an aftermarket part, if so you'd want the SNS89A part number for the front fascia extension because those come with longer screws and spacers.

You can find them online anywhere, got mine from Amazon because it was only $80 at the time w/ shipping.

Check out JacFab...JacFab.com, might want to see if he is still making no-hole front plate holders. I had one on my 14 1LE and loved it.

Anyone running the ZL1 addons plate holder with an additional front license plate cover? Just wanted to know if I'll be needing longer screws due to the additional thicknesses of the cover. I'm assuming the ones provided won't work with a cover.
Can anyone tell me the specs of the longer screws?

Just use the GM one that comes with your new car. It attaches to the bottom grill and looks better than any of the options I've seen in the postings.

GM looks clean. I remove the plates and leave the bracket on for track days. It has holes in it for air flow.

I live in NJ and i am not putting on the front plate , it is in my trunk..i bought the car used out of state , as soon as my permanent plates come in i will zip tie the front bracket on to get my 4 year inspection sticker put on at DMV..then ill cut the zip ties off ...NY has other issues to worry about with all the criminals they let out on bail reform to worry about your front plate...they dont enforce turnstile jumping so why would they enforce that

California requires it too, but I've never put them on any of my cars and never had a problem. I guess if the cops are really bored or have nothing better to do you could get a fixit ticket. But nobody I know uses a front plate and has never had an issue. I just like the cleaner look personally.
