I cleaned mine the other day with Sonax and it came out amazing. Brought it back to life! I had gotten mine off a salvaged ZL1 and was matted down and very smooth from the oil from your hands. Took 5 mins cleaning it and now it's like brand new.

Yes. Purchased from a member on this site. I was looking at the 1LE reps like everyone else mostly so I could go with the wider tires and then saw these, liked the style of them and couldn't pass them up. Already had the GM 1LE suspension upgrade and combined with the wheels/tires made a world of difference.

I just changed my oil at 1650 miles and there was zero metal.

I, too, was surprised by the amount of metal contaminants. My brother, a former GM technician for 15 years, stated the amount of metal contaminants depicted in these photographs is normal for an aluminum engine.

Nice! If you have the same gray plug underneath each seat as the cars that come with Recaros, definitely consider this kit to enable the seat cooling fans if you have a 1SS!
