Even though i am limited to certain months of the year to actually put the top down. I am happy to to get into the darn thing. The vert was what made me spring for this car altogether. Vert is where its at.

New to the forum. First time posting. I am definitely ready! Just got my vert a few weeks ago! I have been cruising around with the top down 99% of the time. Gotta love that Arizona sunshine!

Yep. Got close to that around here, too. I was tempted for a hot minute, but it just wasn't quite appropriate yet.

Right. There were no factory verts made in the U.S. in that period.
As for the "Just wrong" comment. It was the vert that brought us into the dealership. My wife has wanted a convertible for 30 years. But with kids... commuting on death trap interstates.. weather in NJ... and my opinion that they were a PITA! We kept her in all wheel drivers all these years.
But nearing retirement... Kid living in Oregon... she now commutes 8 miles through Hunterdon Cnty back roads...PLUS... we rented the Camaros while visiting in Fla. a few times... So there you have it. Nothing better than taking a few days and leaving in the early am out of Naples and heading down to Sothernmost house for a couple nights....She just couldnt understand why I needed to pass every single car at 120...
We went to look at the vert.. There was an almost identical coup sitting next to it. Same color and all. Only differences were the coup, was a 2021, had mag ride control and the diff cooler which isnt on the vert. And the coup didnt have Recaros.
I was more comfortable in the coup to be honest. More room and the stock 2ss seats were more comfy for me.
But... Shes tiny. The standard drivers seat didnt go far enough forward for her to floor the clutch. And she was more comfy in the Recaros... So there you have it.
If were talking sacrilege here... I cant see a muscle or sports car with an automatic... I want to shift...and I dont care if the autos out perform the manuals... it still costs my driving experience.
Soon enough we will be in autonomous toaster oven transportation moduals... Ill be the guy with the illegal fuel still... making gas for midnight blasts in the outlawed internal combustion death vehicles.

I was out yesterday in my everyday car with the windows down and it was killing me knowing my convertible was sitting at home while it was so nice out

We are just about the 60s now, so my days will be mostly top down. This winter seemed so long.

LOL!!!

I -just- got a pop-up on on my phone this morning for photos I had taken exactly two years ago today. Those photos were of the significant snow storm that had just wrapped up, and our temps this year have been over freezing during the days for well over a week and all the snow is gone.

BUT

I agree that this winter has felt like it has been dragging on forever!
