Rough idle, Stalling out after CAI Install

Recently had a shop install headers and flex fuel kit on my car. Drove it home from the shop no issues at all. A few days later I found a Rotofab dry intake online and installed it myself...

Now the car will start up just fine but after a few seconds it starts to shake, idle very rough and eventually stall out. I'm in the process of remote tuning it with Pray but only have the base tune he sent. I've double checked all the hose connections, disconnected my battery for a few minutes, MAF is installed the correct direction but still has the same issue.

Any ideas on what else I should look at would be greatly appreciated!

A few guesses:
1. You have an air leak between the MAF and the throttle body.
2. You didn't plug the MAF back in, damaged it, or damaged its wiring.
3. Did you check codes?

Could an air leak at the pcv hose barb be the problem?

I don’t have any codes related to the MAF. If it was an issue with the MAF there would be a code correct?

PCV connection to intake is behind the MAF, therefore any leak will bring in unmetered air.

Are you sure the MAF is installed with the correct direction of airflow going through it. Thats exactly what what mine did when I was trying to put it back together really quick and wasn't paying attention. It would take two minutes to flip it and see.

You probably still have an air leak at one or multiple connections. I have a Rotofab, installed it correctly and all the clamps were tight. I had to replace the clamps with much higher quality Mishimoto clamps. No problems since.
