There are no powertrain differences, if that’s what you are looking for. There is content that is assembled in a way that is unique to this model, along with a couple appearance items you can only get with this model.

There is the “SEMA” grille with satin chrome accent bezels
The word “Fifty” perforated on the passenger side dash
The orange Brembos are unique as far as 2016-17 Camaros go. They were also added to the Hot Wheels package for 2018
The wheels were unique to this model for 2017. In 2018, a similar set was made available as a GM Accessory. The GM Accessory wheels have a black and polished finish while the Fifty wheels have a gray and polished finish, so there is still a bit of a difference
The Fifty logo in the front seat headrests are also unique to this model.

So, even though it is definitely an appearance package (as opposed to a performance package) it’s way beyond a decal package.

Probably won't get it back until tomorrow, since I'm going to the Lions / Browns game right after work.

Got it back today. The tire was replaced, the MRC software was updated. There is also one potential oddity that could have contributed. I recently had my wheels powder coated. Apparently the wheel shop mounted the right rear tire on the left rear wheel and vice versa. The dealer tech is not certain if that could have had the system reading the inputs wrong, since the tread is asymmetrical (tires are corner specific). But where that doesn’t make sense is if/when a different set of tires is used.

Glad better. Makes me curious if need to look into the MRC update.

Guys, I have a problem. After washing my car I noticed water/foam spots on the trunk matt decal.

You just see it when you look right from the top. From the side it looks perfect. How do I get rid of the spots.

I don’t want to use any gloss or polish on the matt surface.

I’m no expert, but for my Matte stripe, I bought the matte detailer and sealant from Chemical Guys.... I am paranoid that the stripes will fade or worse they might start to peel at the edge...
It seems to work well, but I didn’t have any what looks like hard water staining....
I bet if you call the Chemical guys they might provide more insight....
