Trade in. Its cheaper than engine swap. Engine swap is not just the engine. Got to change the under carriage..axels, breaks, suspension, tranny...etc. do the math.

Dealer is saying if he can do it (he is still checking the legallity of it) I would have to change wiring harness, and ecu. The rest should be ok. I already punched SS gears in the rear end just to prove you can. The rear end is almost identical. At this very moment my wife is test driving a Mustang GT Premium, and I can tell you I'm losing even money if I buy that car.

X2, plus trans, suspsemsion, brakes etc. definitely not worth it, save lot more money by trade in than swap.

E-Rods are legal ONLY for older cars, I forget the latest year.

Dealer is an idiot, they could never accomplish that. Let them try and you will be so sorry. They will call you every other day, it will be something else you gotta buy.

You could look for a salvage yard LLT engine and have a premium independent garage install it. Your powertrain warranty is void on that bucket anyway, you got caught by the dealer with mods and NOS.
