anyone know where pak connection goes. I have a aftermarket amp. and head unit. I ran RCA jacks from the head unit to to aftermarket amp. and eliminated boston acoustic amp. anyone know where the connector goes. "standard factory" audio connection or "amplified factory" audio connection. Thanks

Should be standard. No amp, you can test this with the radio out. If it does not work just use the other connection. It will not hurt anything.

I purchased a used jl amp that has issues. So just making sure I'm not creating another issue. I plan on purchasing a new amp and want make sure its right.
