Check the plug once more. I had a similar issue and i had to make sure they were all aligned with the other pins. I will compare your tune to my mines if you haven't already found the solution.

When every they default to 40% there is a communication issue between the sensor and the computer.

No i never solved this. I've re-seated the pin a million times. I have a pump near me with 100 octane unleaded and im just gona tune off of that.

Have you checked the wiring harness to make sure there is continuity and not a bad connection?

surprisingly i haven't done that. I've pretty much done everything else but I've been busy moving. Moved all the way to phoenix.

finally you resolved the problem? I have the same problem in my 2017, the signal is bad or no signal in the ecm, I checked everything and everything is good, the problem persist not have a signal in the ecm
