I redid my welds I did see some small leaks when I tested it ,I put the down pipe under air pressure and sprayed some soapy water to see , when I was done no bubbles .and made sure. My flanges were nice and flat .put a small layer of rtv copper high temp on and I felt good about it till this morning when it came on again .

I'm done I give up I've changed the clamps ,sealed the welds, and used remflex gaskets! There are no leaks from that area ! The only thing I didn't do was mess with the heads to the block so should I try this before I drive it off a cilff. I'm so sick of this car now its took all my extra time .I might just reset it and trade it in I'm so done! Looks like trifecta is my only answer to fix this .and then I'm going deeper into a hole because I could loose my warranty because of these dam jba heads ..any advice please

Really? I can see that, but that's the first I've heard of it. Hopefully that will fix your issue!

Take the damn things off, sell them and put the stock ones back on, or get a different set.

Wow! My JBA's are due to arrive Friday! Now I am second guessing my instal.

Should I just do away with the stacker flange? and just solid weld them like DT Shorties?
