Hub adaptors

In the market for new wheels. Curious about hub adaptors. Some of the wheels are hub centric some are in the 70 mm bore range. Wondering if the wheels not being hub centric would be bad news in the long run with or without an adaptor?

You mean Hub Ring.
Hub Rings let you use slightly larger bore centers.
It is recommended to use them. They are cheap.
Usually aluminium sometimes plastic.

A Hub Adapter allows you to use different bolt patterns

You will get a wicked vibration if they don't match. Definitely run them, they are sub $10 for a set.
