We have 305/35/20's on our shop car. Ours is a 2016 SS and we had to make a small modification of a wire harness thats in the fender well but it looks like you have a 2018 so the modification has already been done to your car by GM. So you should be able to fit the 305/35/20 just fine.

@salesPhastek,
I think the 305/35 are not matching the wheel circumstance.
See ABS/Parking sensor lights on after new wheels?

The rear body is the same as the ZL1 1LE, therefore:

19x12" et41 with 325/30-19 is an OEM fitment, though FYI they stick out quite prominently even with track-levels of negative camber.

Oh, you never said why you want bigger rear tires? I'm guessing drag since you didn't mention fronts too.

Yes, definitely not matching lol. @salesPhastek, what are you running in the front that hasn't tripped out your abs sensors if it has already?

By the way, which wire needs to be relocated? I've been down under the rear of my car at least 3 times this week adjusting my coilovers and have yet to see a wire that might get in the way.

You have to keep the tire height within 3/4 of inch difference front to back or the ABS system acts up. Also not all tires are the same height even though they are rated the same. For instance a Nitto NT-555r 305-35-20 is 29" tall where a BF Goodrich comp TA is like 28". The factory Goodyear run flat 245-40-20 is 27.7" tall for reference.

Couldnt you just get 3/5 MM wheel spacers and not worry about the wire

Aesthetically wouldn't appeal to many because 305's already stick out past the fender
