2016-2020 Camaro 6th Generation NoviStretch Bumper Mask

2016-2020 Camaro 6th Generation NoviStretch Bumper Mask

It's okay, you are not alone if you hate the thought of installing a from bumper mask or bra on your Camaro. As many sixth generation Camaro owners are well aware many of your options when it comes to installing a front and protection mask means installing a cover that will keep the bugs in that car off your hood in bumper but also means the possibility of adding scratches or marring your paint. It doesn't matter what kind of car you drive you don't want to have to buff out this find scratches in your paint only so you can avoid keeping bugs and small stones off your paint. The good news, you can now have a 2016-2020 Camaro from bumper mask from the fine folks over at Novigo Designs that will not scratch or damage your paint it will keep all bugs and small stones for making it to your paint.

Anyone else think it looks like the car is wearing a Global Deathplague mask?

Sorry, will never trust anything that has the ability to move across the painted surface. Anything that gets behind it will eventually scratch the paint.

I bought this the same week I received my F1FTY. My first one got pelted with stone but offered enough shielding that my paint and grill. Since it was only a few months old Novistretch replaced it at no charge. Now my second one is almost 5 years old, beat up and starting to fail from dry rot from the sun but my radiator is still pristine and bug free. Easy to take off and put on. Easy to wash and clean up. Very worthwhile and I will be buying #3 when I get a good price.

This product can rub through paint on corners very easily. I've had this on my car since new, and never let it get dirty. It's been garage-kept from the beginning. It got cleaned less than every couple hundred miles.

It started rubbing into the clearcoat around the splitter sides. It rubbed clear through the clearcoat AND paint on the lower grille (where the very top-center flute pokes through it). I can see the plastic body where it rubbed through. I'm not sure all this was worth the protection overall - maybe it was - may not.

I'd recommend PPF. It's not cheap, but it's probably the best solution for protection. This product seems like it makes sense, but after 2000-miles of use, I'm not sure the good out-weighs the bad.

Ive had good luck with the Novistretch. No rubbing of the paint. I only use it for highway driving. I only put it on when the car is clean.

Also their customer service is outstanding.

Purchased one of these for the drive home from the dealership where I purchased my 1LE. (approximately 225 miles). I also had one for my C6 Corvette. I only used it for trips on the Corvette and removed it when as soon as I got where I was going or returned home. Also washed it after each use. Never had any paint issues using it.

After I purchased the 1LE I had PPF installed on the front, so I haven't used the bumper mask since. Although I might use it again if I take a trip in the 1LE.

My car is black so it doesn't stand out too much, I use it only in the winter months to fend off sand and pebbles from road sanders and it does seem to help. If you're not an idiot it works fine, put it on a clean vehicle and wash it and the car when dirty.

I'd rather deal with bug splats than obscure my cooling system with a bra. Regardless, using such a product results in Camaro looking like just about every ugly EV

I am still using this mask since the first week I got my F1FTY. I can personally say the customer service at NoviStretch is top notch which made me a client for life. I am on my third one now. The mask not only keeps my front end, grill and radiators clean but I have have stones hit the front, the mask took some damage with a tear but there was no mark on my paint. I get that is not what the design is for, and it did exceed my expectation. As long as I have my Camaro, and they keep making this, I'll keep using it.
