Jack cooper transport order tracking question

This is kind of a shot in the dark but does anyone have access to jack cooper that can track an order for me? I ordered it 06-21-22 and it was produced on 11-16-22 with no ETA since. On 01-27-23 I was told, "It is currently located TO - LANSING MI / JACK COOPER TRANSPORT in one of our Vehicle Distribution Center"
My salesperson hasn't been able to give me any update other than "it's been produced but has no eta" I'm just trying to see if I can possibly get ANY other information. My vin# 1G1FD1RS3P0121276.
Starting to think it will never have an eta

You could try calling them at 816-983-4000, but I doubt you'll get very far. This is a wild guess, but they probably wait until they have a full load of vehicles going in your direction, then they have to wait until the next available driver is in the area to pick it up. I looked at their website, but it has absolutely no mention of tracking & tracing.

Jack Cooper to my knowledge removed any ability at all to track cars through them. If it was possible you'd see us talking about it.
Ask your salesperson dealership about "VinVIEW", they can use that to see exactly where your car is on a map.

Mine was finally shipped on 1/17 went by rail from Lansing to Battle Creek to Chicago to St Louis to KC and has been sitting at the Fairfax Plant parking lot since the 24th showing an ETA of 2/19, hard to believe it takes just short of a month to get from KC to my dealer which is less that 200 miles NW of KC. I have seen a comment on here before about the ZL1 taking special transport trailer due to the front splitter being so low to the ground, not sure if true or not. My dealer thought it would take 10 days to 2 weeks to get to him from KC but starting to think the 2/19 ETA may be more accurate. Too cold to drive here in Kansas anyway.

Its the ZLE that that is only trucked in, that one is not on a train.

As to time it takes, my dealer was a hour away from the plant when it was 3800 and it still took 5 weeks to get there.

I knew it was waiting on rail idk why i thought looking at jack cooper would help lol my bad! I think at this point im just desperate for any information i can get because since november all ive been told is it still has no eta
