No. It's already giving you a difficult time and you didn't even buy it yet. Chances are you'll be stuck with it.

You have alot going against you for this 1 car. When i was looking at zl1s, it was REAL tempting to think a lemon law, flood car, salvaged title, ect would still be "ok" because i was just looking at the lower price. Thankfully I never went with one of them. As others have said, getting financing will be tough. Selling it down the road will be tough. And if you do get financing, heaven forbid you get in an accident. You will be in a more of a pickle then vs deciding to just pass on the car originally.
If it comes down to the bottom line (price) and your MAX is 45k to spend, either look at an SS or just keep saving. |

Do you think it will stop being a lemon after you spend big money to buy it? Do yourself a huge favor and pass.

Unless you are getting it to build a drag car, walk away from someone else’s problem

The car still likely has a problem you wouldn’t find until after you’ve owned it a few days. Then you’re stuck with a car you might not be able to fix. Unless you plan on keeping it and heavily modding it, I’d pass. Especially if you want a C8. If it was my decision I’d just be patient and save your money while waiting on a C8.
