A way to "return the favor"
If your dealer is too busy to keep you updated on your order status, gives you the run around, or charged you over MSRP, we can return the favor!
How you ask? After you purchase it, when it comes time to do your dealer survey, let them know how they dropped the ball, or how well they treated you! |

That's not genius. That's what you were supposed to go. Just don't let them know you may give them a bad survey. At the dealership I worked at, when we felt a customer may give a bad survey, we would simply change the customer phone number. No call, no survey.

Since then, I'm a little hesitant to do surveys. They are NEVER confidential.

These do get back to the dealer. I bought a 2002 sierra new and the bed kind of squeaked when the body flexed. Well I put that on the survey and one day I am in the dealership and the owner goes let me take a look at that body squeak,

Some customers are never happy no matter what. Some customers get upset over things out of the dealerships control, but have no qualms about ****ing over the dealership about it. That's the way it is. If you worked in the industry, you would know. |

Or at least questions about your salesperson (especially #14). We get paid $50 for a good one, but they take $75 from us for everyone that is not "completely satisfied".
