2017 SS 1LE 500hp versus Audi RS7 Performance Prestige 605hp
I have to say, the Audi RS7 Performance Prestige is one sharp looking machine. Wife and I were out running errands and one came up by us. Matte grey in color, very sinister looking. My wife drives a 2016 Audi SQ5 that is lightly modded, so I know about Audi's and their potential.
That car will scoot for sure. With me being around 500hp at the motor versus the RS7 PP being at 605hp, the SS held its own. 3700lbs versus 4500lbs halped some I am sure. Paid each other respects to the cars and went to our respective grocery stores...lol |

The Audi RS7 is a beautiful car, wouldn't mind one as a family car one day! Love the matte gray look...
Sounds about right with the weight difference, glad to hear you held your own.

Rs7 runs like an 11flat @ 125 stock, and low 10's wih just a tune. Not sure an ss, even one with 50 extra hp is coming close to that.

Car and Drivers test shows a 11.6 1/4 mile time. Where the RS7 will shine is off the line with the AWD system. That wasnt a factor when we saw each other, then again it wasnt a race either.
Just two couples enjoying their cars that almost had matching paint and color schemes. |
