Just fabricated this 112 inlet for the 2650 the one provided by magnuson does not fit as easily as doing this.

Hey Ted, Not trying to hijack the thread, but what do you think of a 95 or 103mm TB for my build? Any appreciable gains?

I would put you in to our 95mm conversion kit if you are still on a 87 mm.

10-20 RWHP at the top depending on pulley

Ted.

I agree with Ted since you DD your Camaro a lot. The 95 will do the job just fine.

I've got the Super Street Brawler package and couldn't be happier, however, now that the 2650 is out I'd probably go with the SS equivalent of this package if I were to start over today.

Ted.
I'm on a ported 87mm TB now, 85mm pulley. Let me get thru the Christmas season and I'll talk to you about the 95mm kit. As for the pulley, do you think I could drop down to a smaller pulley and still be okay fueling wise? I run E60 almost exclusively.
Laynlo slightly misrepresented how I use the car. I don't DD the car but I do street drive it quite a bit. I do a mix of road courses and 1/4 mile. I'd like to do some 1/2 mile & mile events at some point.

The TB will put added demand on fuel system, so we will have to see how it plays out on your car in your situation.

Ted.

Little update we were on the dyno Friday with a 70 mm pulley made 986 RWHP just after this video was recorded in this one you see 963 RWHP on the 75 mm.

I have a 66mm pulley coming today so stay tuned, you might see a true 1000 RWHP Stock bottom end ZL-1

Enjoy https://www.facebook.com/jannettyrac...5247689470669/

Pretty sweet any idea what PSI your at now.. (didn't watch video yet) and how much more the Fuel system has in her?

Also how about a Price list of parts to see what this would cost the all DI way vs port injection assist.. I'll start so people will have a comparison to see which way to go..

Eforce 4300.00
BLWR Porting 1200.00
112mm 600.00
CNC heads w VJ and SS Exh valves 1100.00
TB plate WX 100.00
Low Side 3000.00 (include Labor)
IDS 1050x 850.00
Haltec 2500.00
Crawford racing port add 700.00 (included shipping)
Big Gulp 550.00
Cam cost should be same labor and parts

1000 hp at 19.5 psi port Assist...

Maggi $?
Maggi Inlet for TB? (stock, 103, or 112mm) ?
TB?
cam cost should be same labor and parts
Heads?
Big Gulp?
low side?
XDI Setup
Not sure if I left some stuff out?

Thanks Ted!
