Any dash indication when the 6.2 is running on 4 cylinders?

Yes, it’s in the center info screen. You can find it on the screen with the best 25 mpg, 50 mpg and so on...

You can see it on several screens. Trip A and B, for example.

Yes, like the others above said, Trip A and Trip B will let you know when you are in V8 mode or in V4 mode. V8 mode lettering is in gray color and the V4 mode lettering is in green color.

To avoid the gas guzzler tax, the M6's have skip shift in lieu of AFM.

Thanks, not a display I had left up. It is amazing how seamless the switch is. I don't drive for mileage but it is good the car does.

I was just curious because I had a SUV loaner (probably equipped with a 5.3 and the more aggressive DFM) that flashed V4 on the dash.

to be technical it does have it (all the parts are there) Its just not activated in the computer. All of the lt1's are built the same across the camaro, corvette lines.

I really hate to say this but I had a 2015 L99 which I recently traded for a 2017 LT1 auto. I was tired of getting beat by everyone in that detuned L99. The actual HP and TQ to the rear is terrible. Just today I hooked up with a Gen 5 L99 on a 4 lane road with no traffic. He said that he had some engine work done. We got side by side at a red light twice and I smoked him both times. And I was still in touring mode because I forgot to change it. The dif between these cars is night and day. I am very happy now! I was looking to keep the trade-in dif below $10k which I did. I just had to cut my loses at some point. I had the money and you can't take it with you..

The sticks have the AFM hardware but the AFM is tuned out.

The 2019 trucks have DFM, which is more complex as to hardware and software. I guess the C6 2019 V-8s have DFM. Not sure about that,

That was AFM. DFM can go all the way down, no pun intended, too one cylinder.

Pretty sure the 2020 subs will have DFM and stop/start.

V4 is exclusive to AFM. DFM has 17 different configuration modes. I’m not sure if and how what mode you are in is communicated to you.
