K&N intake worth anything?

I am going to pull off my GM CAI... Should I replace it with my stock intake or the aem?
Rotofab is not currently an option, so please do not suggest that.
Just wondering if people are seeing the power losses and issues with the K&N that they are with the GM CAI. Or if the AEM is better than stock.

When I installed the K&N blackhawk cold air intake, I did not notice any speed difference. However, I did notice the car was a little louder when accelerating. The one annoying thing I did not like was the whistling sound it produces.
Hope this helps!

if rotofab isn't a option then go back to stock with a green filter.

What kind of power losses are we talking about here? I have the GM on my 1le, had the dealer do the recalibration for free. It definitely doesn’t feel any slower.
